Cantor Fitzgerald in New York seeks a Research Analyst for the Event Driven Team to evaluate M&A transactions and investment opportunities, collaborating with Portfolio Managers to analyze legal, tax, and regulatory factors that impact deal outcomes and profitability.
You will build financial models, monitor positions, and contribute to risk reviews while supporting sizing and structuring across equities and other instruments. Strong Excel, Bloomberg, and AI proficiency required.
