Job description
The Bolton Group is seeking an experienced fundraising leader to partner with the President/CEO and Board to drive a multi-year capital campaign and expand major gifts, grants, and events. You will cultivate and steward high-capacity donors and foundations while guiding strategic development planning and metrics.
You will manage a development team, oversee donor communications, and leverage CRM tools to optimize engagement and reporting, advancing equity and community impact.
