VP Manufacturing Quality — Kitting & Compliance Leader

Job description

Medline in Northfield, IL is seeking a VP Manufacturing Quality (Kitting) to oversee QA across divisions. You will set strategic direction, ensure FDA/EU MDR compliance, mentor staff, and coordinate with corporate quality and division leadership.

This hybrid role requires at least 7 years QA experience and 5 years of people management, plus travel up to 20%. The team will focus on new product development, supplier qualification and continuous improvement.
