Job description
WSP is seeking a Vice President to lead the Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama Maritime practice focusing on ports and maritime engineering. You will drive project expansion, ensure compliance with regulations, manage port development, and mentor staff. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, 12+ years of relevant experience, and an Engineer license. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. This role is based in New Orleans or Baton Rouge, LA, and requires travel to meet clients.
