Job description
Horne Management Group in Utah is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee a growing portfolio of hotels. This full-time executive role reports to the President and requires strategic leadership across property operations, guest experience, and financial performance.
You will partner with General Managers, drive standardized processes while preserving local hotel character, manage budgets and P&Ls, and mentor on-site leaders.
