Job description
Van Duzer Vineyards seeks a Director or Vice President to work directly with owner Carl Thoma to increase sales and national stature. This role will craft a sales strategy, build partnerships, and guide pricing and incentives in a changing market.
You will lead the go-to-market strategy for the THOMA wines, strengthen the brand story, and align marketing priorities with sales. This entrepreneurial leadership path offers growth toward President and possible ownership.
