Job description
Harris Computer seeks a senior engineering leader to drive AI delivery maturity across its portfolio of products, enabling agentic, human-on-the-loop workflows. You will own technology standards, governance of AI-generated code, and the architectural direction while guiding multiple teams toward AI-enabled revenue outcomes.
You will balance onshore and offshore capacity, lead governance reviews, and partner with executives to align product roadmaps with strategic AI initiatives.
