Job description
Uniphore is seeking a VP of AI Engineering to lead architecture and delivery of AI-driven products across the enterprise AI stack, focusing on LLMs, SLMs, and Agentic AI for large enterprise customers. You will steer multiple engineering organizations, drive strategy with cross-functional leaders, mentor senior engineers, and own end-to-end software delivery in a globally distributed team.
Experience with fine-tuning, retrieval pipelines, RAG, latency optimization, and cloud-native platforms
