Job description
AguStar Retirement seeks a Second Vice President, Annuity Product Management – Expanding Markets, to lead product strategy for registered products including RILA. You will drive lifecycle management, pricing, and cross-functional execution with Legal, Compliance, Actuarial, Marketing, and Distribution teams.
Role requires 7+ years in annuity product design/management, deep market knowledge, and the ability to align strategy with regulatory requirements while influencing senior leadership.
