Job description
Parsons seeks a Vice President of Business Development for the East Central Region to lead growth across the transportation portfolio, including road, transit, rail, and aviation. You will coordinate BD activities regionally, partner with agencies and private organizations, and shape the strategic plan with market leadership.
You will guide opportunities, manage complex win strategies, and advance pipeline projects while representing Parsons in key industry groups and events.
