Job description
Reef Capital is seeking a Vice President of Capital Formation to raise capital from institutional LPs, RIAs, wirehouses, and family offices. The role focuses on building a repeatable outreach and qualification engine across large investors.
The successful candidate will lead due diligence processes, engage with high-net-worth and institutional decision-makers, and develop channels for capital formation. Expect extensive travel and a strategic, programmatic approach to investor relations.
