Job description
Menska Recruitment seeks a VP of Charter Sales for New York to lead and scale a seasoned US charter sales team. You will work directly with founders to shape the New York operation, building the office and growth strategy from the ground up. Remote initially, with a move to the New York office by January 2027.
You will recruit, coach and develop brokers, drive revenue and profitability, and ensure client retention while expanding the US footprint.
