EōS Fitness seeks a highly strategic VP of Construction to lead all new club development, remodels, relocations, and capital projects across multiple markets. The role partners with Real Estate, Operations, Finance, and executives to drive scalable growth while ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and brand standards.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of construction leadership, multi-market program oversight, and strong budgeting/forecasting capabilities.
