Job description
SNF Metrics is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to lead post-sale strategy, adoption, renewal, and expansion. You will directly manage the support/ticketing team and drive escalations while delivering product demos to prospects.
This hands-on leadership role sets strategy, guides implementations, escalations, and executive customer engagements, partnering with Product/Engineering, Security, Legal, and Compliance to protect PHI.
