Job description
PDQ, based in Salt Lake City, UT, seeks a Vice President of Customer Success to own onboarding, customer success, renewals, and technical support for 25,000+ customers. You’ll lead a 30–50 person team and own both GRR and NRR, reporting to the President and COO as part of the executive leadership team.
As PDQ moves upmarket, you’ll build guided onboarding, create a named relationship model for mid-market accounts, and drive a strong self-serve experience.
