Job description
Axon is seeking a Vice President of Customer Success to lead a ~100-person organization supporting U.S. Public Safety customers.
You will craft scalable processes, drive adoption and relational value, and partner across Sales, Product, Support and Marketing to deliver exceptional outcomes. You will spend significant time with customers and field teams, shaping customer journeys, health metrics and executive engagement while guiding budget and headcount for sustained growth.
