Job description
Axon Enterprise is seeking a senior Customer Success leader to define world-class CS at scale. You will spend significant time with customers and field teams, shaping processes, rhythms, and adoption strategies to deliver exceptional experiences.
You will build and mentor a large CS organization, establish clear performance standards, and drive cross-functional collaboration to align incentives and outcomes with customer success goals.
