Job description
New York City Economic Development Corporation seeks a Vice President to lead the full lifecycle of design and construction projects for the NYC Groceries initiative and other projects. Reporting to the Senior VP, you will drive strategy, procurement, design, and delivery across AMDC teams and partners.
You will oversee scope, budget, schedule, risk, and stakeholder engagement while mentoring staff in a fast-paced environment. Residency in NYC is required within 180 days of hire.
