Job description
The Santa Barbara Foundation seeks a visionary Vice President, Development and Donor Relations to lead asset development, donor stewardship, and partnerships that expand the Foundation’s impact in Santa Barbara County.
Reporting to the CEO, this executive will design and implement a comprehensive development strategy, nurture major gifts, and build collaborations with community partners to grow the endowment and sustainable funding for the Foundation’s programs.
