Location: New York City, NY (4 days hybrid)

We’re delighted to be on the hunt for our client’s new VP of Ecommerce who will drive the company to the next level! Operating out of NYC, the company have made their name on the CPG market but are now looking to expand even further. Core Responsibilities:
Owning full responsibility for growth across paid media channels like Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Google.
Consider and revue future opportunities to expand into different channels.
Manage the functionality, design, and experience with the brands digital product landing pages.
Have a core focus on maintaining and most importantly improving CRO.
Set strategic leadership and work cross functionally to ensure all departments can work together.
Spend your Day-to-Day platform operations on Shopify Plus.
Lead the organisations performance strategy, whilst viewing core metrics like LTV, ROAS, CTR and CAC.
Own the brands visibility to improve customer acquisition.
Pursue the integration and development of AI tools.
What we’re looking for:
Hands on eCommerce experience, primarily in a DTC business.
Strong understanding of Shopify & outlining strategy.
Experienced in senior leadership positions, with proven success for driving overall team success.
A detailed and deep understanding of performance analytics with a requirement in LTV and CAC
Previous ownership of multi-million dollar paid media budgets.
Proven experience growing brands YoY.
Comfortable reporting directly into the C-Suite
