Job description
Air is seeking a driven, outcomes-focused Vice President of Engagement to join our client delivery team in Arlington. This leadership role oversees deployment delivery from implementation to retention and expansion, guiding the account strategy to deliver measurable value for national security clients and ensure renewals and growth.
You will mentor Engagement Managers and Directors, align cross-functional teams with customer priorities, and set KPIs for delivery quality and product adoption.
