Job description
Nace AI, based in Palo Alto, CA, is seeking a VP of Engineering to lead and scale our engineering organization. This senior role partners directly with the CEO and CTO to translate research and product vision into reliable, enterprise-grade systems.
You will own engineering delivery end to end—planning, execution, quality, and velocity across a distributed team of researchers and engineers—while setting technical direction and building a culture of world-class execution.
