Medica, a nonprofit health plan, seeks a Vice President of Experience to define a unified end-to-end experience strategy across members, providers, brokers, and employer groups. The role partners with Growth, Operations, Clinical, Product, Digital, and Technology to clarify ownership, prioritize improvements, and ensure delivery of experience outcomes.
You will guide journey-related content, establish standards, and drive continuous improvement in a highly matrixed environment.
