Job description
CooperDouglas is seeking a VP of Finance & Accounting to serve as Controller and head of the Finance Department in Irvine, CA. You will own accounting operations, FP&A, reporting, consolidation, treasury, tax compliance, and internal controls, while building a formal FP&A function.
You will rebuild a high‑performing finance team, oversee month‑end close, drive automation, and lead the SAP S/4HANA migration. Strong multi-entity experience and Korean business exposure are highly valued.
