Homans Associates, a premier HVAC equipment distributor, seeks a Vice President of Finance and Accounting to drive performance and growth. You will partner with the CEO and division presidents, oversee accounting, HR, and financial planning, and liaise with Watsco Inc.
to ensure strong governance and reporting. In this role, you will manage budgeting, audits, payroll, and internal controls, building cross-functional collaboration with vendors and customers.
