Job description
Nightfall AI is seeking a VP of Finance to join the executive team in Palo Alto. You will lead FP&A, accounting, reporting, and regulatory compliance while partnering with the CEO and board to drive strategy and investor relations.
You will own long-term financial planning, fundraising, and scalable infrastructure, building high-performance teams and delivering key SaaS metrics to guide growth in a fast-paced, venture-backed AI-native company.
