Job description
GHJ Search and Staffing, the recruitment arm of GHJ, is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to oversee budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, partnering with executive leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
The role will develop financial models, dashboards and KPIs, prepare executive reports, and collaborate across functions to improve performance and operational efficiency. Strong analytical skills and experience presenting to senior leaders are essential.
