Job description
Escalon Services, Inc. in Culver City is seeking a standout VP of Finance to own FP&A, strategic finance, and investor communications as the first finance leader. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow modeling, and KPI dashboards while partnering with the CEO and external finance partners.
You'll prepare board materials and investor updates, manage relationships with lenders, and build scalable financial processes. This role offers a path to CFO and a hybrid in-office schedule.
