Job description
POV Beauty is seeking a highly analytical Vice President of Finance to own the finance function as we scale. You will lead FP&A, controllership, and strategic planning, partnering with cross-functional leaders to improve forecasting, visibility, and decision support.
The role is hands-on, building models, reporting cadences, and infrastructure that scales with the business, translating data into actionable insights for growth, marketing, ops, inventory, and retail expansion.
