Job description
Northbound Executive Search is seeking a VP of Finance for a private equity firm in New York. The role oversees fund investments, financial reporting, and the financial operations of the holding group and management company, with exposure to business leaders and deal teams.
You will review fund statements, capital calls, LP/GP allocations, coordinate annual audits with Big 4, prepare disclosures, run monthly closings, and support tax and K-1 processes.
