Job description
LEAP seeks an experienced Vice President of Finance to lead financial strategy for a fast-paced aerospace hardware manufacturer supporting national security programs.
You will own FP&A, government contract compliance (FAR/DFARS/CAS), and audits with DCAA/DCMA, partnering with the CFO and executive team to drive profitability and growth. This role requires hands-on leadership and strong modeling in a production environment.
