Home Franchise Concepts, a leading franchisor in home improvement services, seeks a VP of Franchise Recruitment to build and lead a high-performing team. You will drive quarterly and annual franchise signings, revenue, and pipeline health across assigned brands, ensuring disciplined, strategic growth and strong partner relationships.
