The Role
As Global VP/Head of Customer Success, you will lead the global Customer Success organisation, driving customer retention, revenue growth and operational excellence across the business.
Lead Customer Success teams across North America and EMEA
Own global customer retention, expansion and Net Revenue Retention
Build a proactive, consultative Customer Success function
Develop scalable customer success processes and playbooks
Partner with Sales, Product and Operations to drive customer growthCoach and develop high performing Customer Success leaders
Hybrid working from San Francisco, New York or London
Desired Skills & Requirements
10+ years’ Customer Success leadership experience within AdTech
Strong experience within the mobile advertising and programmatic ecosystem is essential
Proven track record leading global Customer Success or Account Management teams
Experience driving customer retention and revenue growth
Strong commercial and leadership skills
Experience building and scaling high performing teams
Comfortable working in a fast paced, high growth environment
