Job description
Fresh is seeking a Vice President of Operations based in Jersey City, NJ. This role leads strategic planning, new product introductions, and cross-functional operations across quality, regulatory, purchasing, and sustainability to ensure innovation and compliance.
The successful candidate will build and mentor teams, drive data-driven improvements, and balance regulatory and social commitments with business viability. 12–15+ years in beauty/cosmetics ops is expected.
