Role Mission
Build a self-compounding revenue machine that consistently grows revenue through better acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion, without needing a large sales org.
You are the architect of our entire growth system.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Own
Acquisition
SEO, content, ads, paid channels, and all inbound engine work
Affiliates + strategic partnerships
Community-led and product-led acquisition loops
Activation
Onboarding experience and lifecycle
First value, time-to-value, activation levers
Revenue
Revenue forecasting + projections
Lead scoring, attribution, analytics
Retention & Expansion
Improve churn reduction systems
Create expansion and upsell paths
Build NRR-positive flywheels
Support CS with strategic retention insights
Growth Infrastructure
Growth sprints & experimentation
Attribution + data integrity
Manage freelancers/agencies for SEO/ads/content
What Success Looks Like
25–40% YoY revenue growth
Predictable inbound pipeline
NRR consistently above 105%
Churn reduced by 10–15%
CAC payback reduced quarter-over-quarter
A growth system running weekly experiments
Who You Are
You think like a founder , not a marketer
You’re analytical and creative, equal parts left and right brain
You can own the entire funnel end-to-end
You’re scrappy, resourceful, and move extremely fast
You can build systems that scale without adding headcount
You’ve done this before at a SaaS business between $2M–$20M ARR
You want to build something meaningful with a small, elite team
Requirements
Must-Haves
4–7+ years in SaaS growth/revenue/marketing roles
Deep experience across PLG, funnels, onboarding, lifecycle
Ability to model CAC, LTV, churn, payback, cohort analysis
Experience running growth sprints and experimentation frameworks
Familiarity with pricing/packaging strategy
Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, CS, Engineering
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with API-first or infrastructure SaaS
Background in support operations
Experience with global teams (LATAM, EU, Asia)
