Job description
We recently had a brand new and exciting opportunity for a VP of Growth & Revenue to join one of the Middle East’s leading Data & AI pioneers as they expand their international footprint and launch their new office in San Francisco.
The VP of Growth & Revenue will own the company’s global commercial strategy, building a predictable, multi million dollar revenue engine and establishing a dominant commercial presence across North America, the GCC, and Europe. Acting as a key member of the executive leadership team, you will personally drive high value enterprise deals, scale global sales and RevOps teams, and forge strategic partnerships across the AI, cloud, and robotics ecosystems.
You will be instrumental in their continued global growth, commercialising cutting edge AI solutions alongside working for one of the most exciting and rapidly scaling AI company globally.
Requirements for the VP of Growth & Revenue:
15+ years of enterprise commercial experience , with 7+ years in senior revenue leadership roles owning global or multi-region targets.
Proven track record closing six and seven figure enterprise deals across AI, enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, data services, or advanced tech solutions.
Deep, active network within the San Francisco Bay Area AI, cloud, and venture tech ecosystems.
Hands on builder mentality with proven experience establishing new regional markets, establishing GTM strategies, and scaling high-performing sales/RevOps teams from scratch.
Expertise in complex enterprise deal structuring , usage-based/PaaS pricing models, and land and expand account strategies.
Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or be based in the US and open to relocate to SF.
Package:
Executive level base salary, revenue based bonus structure, equity/options and excellent company benefits.
