Job description
Indiana University Health is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead the White Memorial Hospital group, partnering with executive and facility leaders to advance strategic priorities, growth, access, and high-quality patient care.
This role provides operational oversight for assigned facilities and service lines, drives continuous improvement, standardization of processes, and collaboration with clinicians and community stakeholders. Reports to COO & Hospital Administrator.
