Job description
StandardAero in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a strategic HR leader to serve as Vice President, Human Resources – Corporate Functions. This on-site role partners with the Chief HR Officer and executive team to shape people strategies that enable performance, leadership capability, and long-term growth.
You will influence enterprise priorities, lead complex initiatives across Finance, IT, Legal, and Engineering, and ensure talent and organizational strategies align with business needs.
