Job description
DLC in Elmsford, NY is seeking a Vice President of Leasing to oversee and execute a strategic leasing plan for a portfolio of open-air retail centers. You will lead leasing strategy, build relationships with national tenants, brokers, and internal teams, and drive occupancy targets through data-driven decisions.
This role requires 5–10 years of leasing experience, strong negotiation skills on LOIs and leases, and the ability to travel frequently.
