Job description
FedChoice Federal Credit Union, based in Lanham, Maryland, seeks an experienced Vice President of Lending to lead strategic direction across consumer and real estate lending, servicing, collections/recovery, and commercial lending. Reporting to the COO, this executive will drive growth while maintaining strong portfolio performance and member-centric service.
The role requires 7+ years in lending with leadership and a track record in risk-aware growth, plus NMLS registration.
