Job description
FedChoice Federal Credit Union in Lanham, MD is seeking an experienced Vice President of Lending to guide consumer, mortgage/real estate, and commercial lending, with accountability for portfolio performance, risk management, and member experience.
Reporting to the COO, the VP will lead and develop the lending team, shape product strategy, pricing, and technology adoption, and collaborate across the organization, ALCO participation, and strategic planning.
