Job description
Standex Electronics is seeking a Vice President to lead a $75M manufacturing business. This position requires strong leadership across Sales, Operations, and Engineering and demands a candidate with significant P&L management experience.
The ideal candidate will own business performance, optimize operational efficiency, and build a customer-centric culture. With at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, the VP will guide a high-performance team to achieve ambitious growth targets. The role is based in Sugar Land, Texas.
