Job description
Phoenix Tailings is seeking a Vice President of Manufacturing to lead the scale-up and expansion of our rare earth metals manufacturing operations, starting at Exeter and extending to future sites. This executive will establish operating discipline, organization, and continuous improvement programs to move from early production to repeatable, high-volume manufacturing.
