Theo builds institutional infrastructure for real-world assets onchain, including thBILL (tokenized U.S. Treasuries), thGOLD (yield-bearing tokenized gold) and thUSD. We're backed by Hack VC and Anthos Capital.
The role
We're hiring a VP of Metals to build out our metal financing business. You'll work directly with TK Kwon, our CIO Iggy Ioppe and our Chief Business officer, Abhi Pingle, starting with metal financing and expanding from there.
What you'll do
Originate and structure metal leases and financing with bullion banks, refiners and trading houses
Own key counterparty relationships across the major metals hubs
Work with our CIO on pricing, risk and counterparty limits
Shape how products like thGOLD and thSLVR source and deploy metal
What we're looking for
6+ years in metals
Prior roles at a bullion bank, trading house or broker
Deep understanding of metal financing and trade
Based in London, New York, Switzerland, Singapore or Dubai
Curiosity about onchain markets. Crypto experience is not required.
