Job description
Sloomoo Institute seeks a seasoned VP, Operations & Experience to lead the end-to-end guest journey across Institutes, MiniMoos, and e-commerce. The role drives brand integrity, guest delight, and sustainable growth while steering operating performance.
The position reports to the Co-Founders and collaborates with HR, Marketing, and Finance to scale the experiential business while maintaining exceptional guest experiences and strong financial results.
