Job description
Vermont Housing Finance Agency (VHFA) seeks a senior leader to guide its multifamily housing finance activities in Vermont. The Vice President of Multifamily Finance will provide strategic oversight of underwriting, project structuring, tax credit allocation, construction and permanent lending, and portfolio preservation initiatives.
This role leads a high-performing team and ensures effective deployment of resources toward the state’s affordable housing goals.
