Job description
Concerto Renal Services is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead all regional operations, ensuring regulatory compliance with CMS and CRS goals while optimizing staffing, census, and financial performance across multiple facilities.
The role requires strategic leadership, strong collaboration with Medical Directors and field leaders, and the ability to drive accountability and improvements. Travel up to 75% is expected, and the VPO reports to the Senior VP of Operations.
