The Lighthouse, a Whalar Group campus, is seeking a Vice President of Operations to build the operating engine across Venice Beach, CA and Brooklyn, NY. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll translate ambitious ideas into scalable operations that sustain growth and hospitality.
You'll lead strategy, systems, and teams from finance to member experience, partnering with the CEO to unlock opportunities and expand globally while preserving culture and exceptional experiences.
