Job description
Union Rescue Mission (URM) in Los Angeles seeks a VP of Operations to join the executive team, ensuring campuses, facilities, and operations support URM’s ministry. The role builds high-performing teams, strengthens systems, and drives capital and facility initiatives with a servant leadership approach.
The VP reports to the CEO and oversees Maintenance, Custodial, and Health & Safety across URM’s campuses, guiding daily operations, staffing, and events in a fast-paced environment.
