Job description
LHH is seeking a Vice President of Operations for a Direct Hire, permanent placement with a manufacturing client near Carmel, Indiana. The role offers a base salary range of $150,000 to $200,000 per year, plus a 30% performance bonus, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.
